Whilst we offer our contracted services, we respect your personal choice of visiting specialists, doctors, or other health professionals, as well as your freedom in partaking in social activities we conduct. We encourage you to communicate to us any matters of our care or services, such as changing rooms, needing hospital care, or raising any concerns or suggestions you might have.
